With my warm and compassionate approach, I'll help you develop the tools and strategies you need to move forward, and live a more fulfilling life.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, procrastination, or grief and loss, I'm here to help.
I have a special interest in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, including phobias, panic attacks, constant worry thoughts, obsessive or intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviour, or fear when socialising.
Whether you prefer in-person or online support, I'm here to help you grow and thrive.
At each session, I draw upon techniques backed by scientific research, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices.
And because I'm committed to providing the highest level of care, I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time.
